By accessing or using WealthLanding (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Educational purpose — not advice
WealthLanding provides general educational information about personal finance, including articles, playbooks, case studies, and calculators. Content is for learning and illustration only.
- Nothing on the Site is personalized investment, tax, accounting, insurance, or legal advice.
- Use of the Site does not create an advisor–client, attorney–client, or fiduciary relationship.
- WealthLanding is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, bank, CPA firm, or law firm.
User responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use any content or tool outputs. Markets, tax rules, benefits, and personal circumstances change. Before making financial decisions, verify information with primary sources and, when appropriate, consult a licensed professional who understands your situation.
Tools and models
Calculators and labs on the Site are simplified models. Results depend on your inputs and stated assumptions and may omit fees, taxes, risk, and other real-world factors. Outputs are not forecasts or guarantees. Do not submit sensitive account numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords into Site tools.
No warranties
The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that content is complete, accurate, current, or error-free, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WealthLanding and its operators, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or reliance on any content or tool output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us (if any) for access in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Intellectual property
Site content — including text, graphics, logos, layout, and code — is owned by WealthLanding or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and temporarily store pages for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, scrape at scale, republish, sell, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission, except as allowed by fair use or other applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt security, overload infrastructure, harvest personal data of others, or use automated means in a way that harms the service. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated.
Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or embed third-party scripts (for example analytics or newsletter forms). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how information may be collected and used in connection with the Site.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require applying another jurisdiction’s laws, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply.
